What kind of cleaning services do you provide?

Essentially anything that is needed—from basic cleaning to in-depth cleaning. This includes dusting, vacuuming, washing floors as well as cleaning wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens (including fridges, sinks, microwaves).

How often do you come to clean?

This usually depends on your lifestyle, your needs, the size of your unit, home or office and your budget. We’re flexible and design our services around you. Most clients have us come for an in-depth clean and then choose an ongoing maintenance program, with some having us clean weekly, some bi-weekly and others monthly.

Clients also have us in to help them at times when extra cleaning is required, such as in spring time. We can also help you get ready for special family gatherings or celebrations.

Do I have to provide cleaning equipment and products?

No. We bring everything we need with us.

We have allergies and are sensitive to many cleaning products. What do we do about this?

You don’t have to worry. My Adelina Cleaning Services only uses environmentally-friendly cleaning products. Our cleaning products are non-toxic and non-allergenic. They are safe for both you and the environment.

Do you guarantee a quality service?

Yes—100%. Indeed, our business has grown based on the quality of our service and many referrals. We have thorough quality assurance processes in place, designed to double check that our service is top notch.

Do I need to be there when you are cleaning my premises?

No—indeed, our policy is to clean without owners present. This enables us to be thorough and efficient.

How do I know I can trust the cleaner in my premises if I’m not there?

We are family owned and operated with total control over every aspect of our service. This includes recruitment. We have strict reference checks in place and check police records.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment with you?

No problem, but we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, or you will have to pay for the appointment in full. Simply call us to cancel, on either: 1300 791 490 or 0404 760 654.

How do I pay for the cleaning services?

In full, by cash or direct debit at the time of service.

What if I have a concern or a complaint?
