As a professional cleaning company, My Adelina Cleaning Services has all the procedures and policies in place to assure you that we will provide top-quality services all the way.

Our commitment to you

  1. We never short-change clients by doing a ‘fast surface’ clean.
  2. We ensure everything is put back in its proper place.
  3. We turn off all the lights when we leave and lock the premises securely.
  4. We never answer your phone or use your phone (we always carry our own mobiles).
  5. We never avail ourselves of any of your food or drink, providing all of our own requirements.
  6. We never take anything from the premise that doesn’t belong to us.
  7. We report any issues to you that we encounter when cleaning, either in a note left where it can easily be seen or in a follow-up phone call.
  8. We take full responsibility for the quality of our work and implement all necessary occupational, health and safety requirements.
  9. We commit to addressing any of your questions or concerns as soon as possible.
  10. We treat your home with full respect, as though it was our own.

Your commitment to us

To do the best job possible, we need your support. Please help us by:

  1. providing us with keys or timely access to your premises
  2. leaving the premises while we clean, to allow us to concentrate fully on cleaning your home to the best of our ability and also to help us prevent accidents
  3. managing pets so we can work efficiently.

Payment and cancellation terms

You can choose to pay with cash or by electronic bank transfer but we require payments at the time of cleaning, not after.

Cancelled appointments will attract our full fee unless 48 hours’ notice has been given.
